La Cima opened in Cleburne in 2015 with a single goal: bring flavors that rise above the ordinary. Not the same frozen queso you get everywhere else. Real moles, handcrafted sauces, smoked brisket that takes days. Every dish made from scratch, every plate served like you're family.
Ten years later, two locations, and a TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice award. But the mission hasn't changed. The only thing that's different is the scale.
